Technical Requirements Specifications for Bag-Type Packaging Machines

1. The packaging bag has passed static pressure and drop tests, and the seal should be intact. 5.13 The qualification rate of packages should not be less than 97%.

2. The noise of the bag packaging machine should not be greater than 75dB (A). 5.15 The insulation resistance of the packaging machine should not be less than 1MO.

3. The bag-type packaging machine should have a reliable grounding device and an obvious grounding mark. The grounding resistance should comply with the requirements of 19.2 in GB 5226.1-2002.

4. All circuit conductors of electrical equipment and the protective grounding circuit should withstand a withstand voltage test for at least 1 second.

5. When the contents are food or medicine, the materials in contact between the bag packaging machine and the packaged items and packaging materials must comply with the relevant national regulations on food and medicine production equipment.

6. The surface of equipment in contact with packaging materials and materials should be smooth, flat, easy to clean or disinfect, corrosion-resistant, and should not chemically change with or absorb materials. Lubricants, coolants, etc. used in equipment must not cause pollution to materials or containers.

7. The raw materials and outsourced supporting parts used for the bag packaging machine should have a quality certificate from the manufacturer. If there is no quality certificate, they must be accepted according to relevant product standards before they can be put into use.

8. The inner walls of hoppers, feed pipes, dust removal devices, etc. that are in contact with materials must be smooth, flat, and without dead corners. The welds should be polished and there should be no material gaps. The filling device should not cause contamination to the materials.
